This form is to be used by residents who are planning to make exterior improvements, build, or make major structural alterations to their property. See the CCR's and ACC rules for further information.

By submitting this form I understand and agree to comply with all of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, and By-laws of Emory Creek Ranch as they apply to my project. 

I understand that I may be asked to submit a hard copy of the permit application and any supporting documentation for review and approval. 

I understand that permit review may take up to ten (10) business days and I will not commence the project described herein until I receive written permit approval from the Architectural Control Committee and/or POA Board.

Where applicable, permit approval does not exempt Owner from violation notice compliance.
